1. Acceptance and Effectiveness


These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement governing your use of the Codex4Less platform ("Platform"). By using the **codex4less.com** website and related services, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access the Platform or use the services.


These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and apply to all balance top-ups, API services, activation codes and digital products offered through the Platform.


2. Description of the Service


Codex4Less is an OpenAI-compatible API gateway and infrastructure services platform operating on a balance (credit) model. It provides users with API access to multiple artificial intelligence models (GPT, the Codex family and similar models) through a single API key. Our services include:


  • Creating and managing API keys
  • Balance (credit) top-ups and token-based consumption tracking
  • Activation codes for topping up your balance
  • Usage statistics and cost reporting
  • The Studio playground and model routing

    • Codex4Less does not guarantee the continuity of the services or that any specific model will always be available. Changes made by model providers or third-party AI services may affect the operation of the Platform.


    3. User Accounts and Responsibilities


    You must create a user account to use the Platform. When creating an account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. The information you provide includes your username, email address and password. Your password is stored securely using strong hashing algorithms.


    **The security of your account is entirely your responsibility.** You must keep your API keys, activation codes and account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all transactions performed under your account. In case of unauthorized access, you must immediately notify us at [email protected].


    You may not transfer, share or commercially resell your account. Accounts used jointly by multiple users may be suspended or terminated.


    4. Balance Top-Ups and Payments


    Codex4Less does not operate on a subscription basis; it runs on a **prepaid balance (credit) model**. Users top up their account balance, and API usage costs are deducted from this balance on a token basis.


  • Payments are processed securely through payment providers such as Waffo Pancake (Merchant of Record); sensitive payment information such as credit card numbers is not stored on the Platform.
  • Your balance is loaded to your account after payment confirmation and becomes instantly available.
  • Credits in your balance are deducted on a token basis the moment API usage occurs.
  • Usage costs are calculated according to the published token prices of the relevant model.

    • For payment tracking and invoice management, the customer ID belonging to your payment provider may be stored in our system.


    5. Activation Codes


    The Platform allows activation codes to be used for topping up your account balance. Activation codes:


  • Can be used only once and are non-refundable once loaded to your account.
  • Are non-refundable after use.
  • Must not be shared, copied or resold without authorization.
  • The Platform is not responsible for lost or stolen codes.

    • 6. Prohibited Uses


    Using the Codex4Less API and services for the following purposes is strictly prohibited:


  • Generating unlawful, harmful, threatening, harassing, discriminatory or infringing content
  • Sharing API keys with unauthorized third parties or publicly disclosing them in open-source projects
  • DDoS attacks, botnet activities or excessive request volumes that could damage the Platform infrastructure
  • Using AI models for bulk spam generation, phishing or social engineering
  • Creating content involving child abuse, violence, hate speech or terrorist propaganda
  • Any attempt to circumvent the Platform's security measures

    • Violations of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account. Where necessary, information will be provided to legal authorities.


    7. Intellectual Property


    All trademarks, logos, software, infrastructure, interface design, documentation and content of Codex4Less belong to Codex4Less. Users are granted a license to use the Platform; this does not constitute a transfer of ownership rights.


    The right to use outputs produced by AI models through the Platform belongs to you. However, the responsibility for ensuring that such outputs do not infringe third-party rights rests solely with you. Codex4Less gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or legality of AI-generated content.


    8. Marks and Independence


    Codex4Less is an **independent platform**; it has no affiliation with OpenAI and is not endorsed, supported or sponsored by OpenAI. No partnership, business alliance or official relationship with OpenAI is claimed; any such statements are not binding between the parties.


    The names and logos of "GPT" and "Codex" are registered trademarks of OpenAI. All rights in these trademarks belong to OpenAI. Codex4Less uses these marks solely for **descriptive and informational** purposes, to describe the nature of the services offered; such use does not imply the trademark owner's approval.


    Statements of "OpenAI compatibility" and "listed price comparison" made on the site describe technical compatibility with third-party models and a transparent price reference; they cannot be interpreted as claims of origin, endorsement or partnership. When a trademark owner asserts an infringement claim, Codex4Less agrees to make the necessary corrections and to respond to written contact.


    9. Suspension and Termination


    Users may terminate these Terms at any time by closing their accounts. Codex4Less may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the following cases:


  • Violation of these Terms of Use
  • Failure to meet payment obligations
  • Suspected fraud or a security breach
  • The service becoming legally impossible to provide

    • Upon termination, your API keys are deactivated and your usage data is deleted or anonymized in accordance with the Platform's security policies.


    10. Limitation of Liability


    To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that Codex4Less shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of profit, loss of data or business interruption). The Platform's total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the last 12 months.


    Codex4Less is not directly responsible for service interruptions originating from AI model providers, the quality of API responses or third-party errors.


    11. Warranty Disclaimer


    The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". Codex4Less makes no express or implied warranty that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free or on time. No responsibility is accepted for the accuracy, impartiality or fitness for purpose of responses produced by AI models.


    12. Governing Law and Disputes


    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform, the courts of the Republic of Türkiye shall have jurisdiction. Amicable resolution is preferred first.


    13. Changes to the Terms


    Codex4Less reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to follow the changes. Continuing to use the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
